C.S.A., Richmond Va.", 10¢ tied by "Milledgeville Ga./Apr. 3" cds, the 10¢ is a lovely example with four huge margins (tiny corner defect) & has been moved to show markings & is hinged to the cover, flap missing & small cover repair at left, Very Fine.
