Confederacy, Incoming Blockade-Run Cover - Charleston, S.C. With original enclosure datelined "Nassau, N.P., Dec. 5, 1864" and endorsed "pr. Str. Little Hattie", addressed to Gov. Brown in Milledgeville, Ga., cover brought in through Charleston with oval "Steam-Ship" handstamp and "Charleston, S.C./Jan. 31, 1865" cds with pencil "12" rating, cover with some docketing which shows a list of vessels on which cargo to the Confederacy was shipped, Very Fine. Estimate  $1,500 - 2,000. The "Little Hattie" (W. S. Lebby, Master) made 12 attempts at running the blockade with 10 successful voyages from June 1864 to February 1865. . $0 (Image)
