Little to Little's Mills, N.C., franked with U.S. 1861, 3¢ rose tied by blue "Baltimore, Md., Nov 5, 63" cds and target duplex, flag of truce endorsement and additionally franked with 1863, 10¢ blue tied by "Richmond, Va., Nov 16, 1863", P.O.W and via Fortress Monroe endorsement at left and examiner marking at top; sealed cover tear at top slightly affecting Baltimore postmark, otherwise Very Fine, a rare usage with only 29 covers known from Fort McHenry, with additional 3¢ Nesbitt entire from Little correspondence from Mangum, N.C. to Kingston rated "Paid 5" (CSA usage); with 1976 P.F. certificate.
