Guindon" manuscript examiner's marking, entered the mails with "Shreveport, La., Jul, 26, 1864" cds and manuscript "20" rate alongside, "Ch 132, P & Co." at top left, cover stains and small corner nick at bottom right, F.-V.F., an extremely rare Confederate prisoner cover from Camp Boggs, only one reported cover and this cover making two known usages.
