Feb 28, 1865, mostly clear strike of cds and matching "Paid 10" handstamp on blue folded letter datelined "Matamoros, 26 Febrero 1865" from Casimiro Castro in Mexico to Bustamante in San Antonio Tex., blue "Maza y Larrache * Matamoros *" double oval handstamp, blue crayon "Due 10", the "Paid 10" was either applied afterward, or the 10c due was for an additional rate, minor paper flaw along file fold at left, Very Fine, ex-Hill; with 2004 C.S.A. certificate.
