Confederacy, Balance of Stamps, 1861-1864, mounted collection balance comprising #1 (two used, one unused), 2 (2 used), 4 (6 including two mint and a used pair), 5 (one used, two unused), 6 (mint block, two used pairs and a cover), 7 (two mint blocks (one De La Rue paper), four used pairs (three D.L.R. paper), pen-canceled block of six (only one used multiple larger than six is known) and a cover with two singles); 8 (7 including a mint block, a mint double transfer & one used); 11 (4 mint & 5 used singles, three mint blocks, 2 mint pairs, a single on cover and a mint experimental perf 12½); 12 (6 mint & 3 used singles, an unused pair and a mint block); 13 (two unused singles, one with/double transfer in "20" plus mint pair & block of 4); and 14 (3 unused singles); condition is mixed with most of the better stamps with unobtrusive faults but F-VF appearing.
