Cobb, Cobb Georgia Legion, Yorktown, Virginia, cover is very clean with a minor reduction at the right, Very Fine and choice, The cover is considered to be one of the finest examples of a double rate franking of the Athens Provisional stamps still extant.; with 2007 P.F. certificate.
