Stephens" in Richmond, flap missing, Very Fine. Scott No. 3XU1 Estimate $300 - 400. Included is a small excerpt from and article written for the American Philatelist in 1889, stating the author soaked a number of Confederate stamps and discovered Provisional handstamps of Atlanta & Albany with postmarks of March 11 and March 15, 1862 respectively.
