Four large margins, tied light neat "Milledgeville/Ga./Oct. 9" cds on legal size cover addressed to "Ordinary of Pulaski County, Harkinsville, Ga." and manuscript "Ex(ecutive) Dept" at top indicating that the cover originated in the Governor's Office as Milledgeville was the capitol of Georgia at that time, no doubt the cover contained court documents which accounts for the double rate, Very Fine.
