Aug 1" cds on yellow cover to Cranberry Plains Va., sender's routing "Via Bristol Tenn.", Very Fine, ex-Boshwit. Scott No. 13  Estimate $2,000 - 3,000. A CHOICE USAGE AND ONE OF THE FEW 20¢ GREEN USAGES FROM TENNESSEE EXTANT. Much of Tennessee came under Union control during 1862 and remained so for the duration of the war.
