Feb 7" cds on clean orange cover addressed to Miss Margaret Stuart, care of Lt. Chas. Carwood, Signal Office at Richmond Va.; small part of flap missing, Very Fine, Ex-DuPuy. Scott No. 9  Estimate $1,500 - 2,000. AN EXTREMELY RARE MULTIPLE OF THE 1863 "T-E-N" ISSUE USED ON DOUBLE-WEIGHT COVER, WITH LESS THAN HALF A DOZEN RECORDED. Charles H.
