Confederacy, 1862, 5¢ light blue, De La Rue printing. a gorgeous vertical block of 6, large margins all around including sheet margin at left, tied by two strikes of bold "Atlanta, Ga./Aug. 30, 1862" cds on legal size cover (reduced at both ends) to "Hon. Justice of the Inferior Court in Cuthbert, Ga.", Extremely Fine, a wonderful block of six used to pay the triple 10¢ rate, ex-Hill, "Stonewall"; with 1982 C.S.A. certificate.
