Huge margins including sheet margin at left, tied by blue "Portsmouth, Va./Nov. 9, 1862" double circle postmark over handstamped "Paid" & "10" markings in blue which have been devalued by grid cancels on cover to Augusta, Ga., minor ink erosion in address, Extremely Fine, a very pretty cover; with 1984 P.F. certificate.
