Red, white and blue Patriotic design (Dietz F11-9) with "Bartow" imprint on small cover to Georgetown, Ga. with "Macon, Ga./Jul. 30" (1861) double circle postmark and matching "Paid" straight line & "5" rate handstamps, mended flap tear & toned spot on reverse, Very Fine and attractive.
