Haller at Marion, Va., F.-V.F. Scott No. 7  Estimate $300 - 400. Mountain Home is in Hardy County that would later be incorporated into the Union State of West Virginia in 1863. This cover, perhaps due to its size, appears to have gone through underpaid just a few months before West Virginia entered the Union as the 35th State. $0 (Image)
