Confederacy, "John Reagan, Postmaster General", signature on small 2" x 4" piece cut from letter signed as Postmaster General of the CSA (1861-65), mounted on exhibit page accompanied by picture, Very Fine, ex-Bleuler. Estimate  $200 - 300. John Hennigan Reagan (1818-1905) came to Texas in 1839 where he served in the Army of the Republic. He was appointed Postmaster General by Jefferson Davis in 1861.
