Columbia 1897 Registered cover from Barranquilla, Colombia to Puerto Cabello, Venezuela "Pr. Vapor frances" via the Dutch East Indies (Curaçao), franked by 1891-97 1c. block of ten and 10c. strip of three, all tied "(RECOMENDADOS) BARRANQUILLA/24 MAR 97" c.d.s., Colombian and Curaçao registered labels on front, Curaçao '4 4 1897' transit datestamp on the reverse. A few stamps with imperfections but still a good and very unusual cover and franking.
