1920 (Mar./Oct.): 10 c. green "pilots and plane", part proof sheet of 68 on white chalky paper instead the issued yellowish paper, only missing the SE bottom corner block of four. The reverse bears an affidavit by the printer, countersigned by a notary and a government official that the sheet was printed by Sr. Valiente. Two fiscals are attached to each counter signature.rn10 c. "plane, mountains, and water" two different designs alternating, in part sheet of 60 on ordinary paper accompanies this lot.
