French Africa, 1894-1972, mint collection, in mounts on quadrilled pages, including Ile Rouad (nearly complete, catalog value $1190, with #1 not signed and not counted, #2 and #3 signed, balance appears complete), Ste. Marie de Madagascar complete (#1-13, $370), Senegambia and Niger complete (#1-13, $278), Upper Senegal and Niger complete ($450), Ubangi-Shari nearly complete ($1,780, including two stamps missing overprints: # 42a-$140 and #71a-$1250, signed Calves), and Upper Volta ($250+, quite extensive). A clean and attractive collection, generally Fine to Very Fine. A sampling of better items has been imaged.
