Registered cover from Vilnius to Pozan-Winiary, Poland insufficiently franked on back by 1920 6m. and 100m. strip of three tied by "VILNO 1/9 4 21" dcds, and with Polish postage due stamps 100f. left-hand marginal strip of three tied by '12.4.21' cds on arrival, with red wax seals ('Wilno Post & Telegraph') on back, Reg. handstamp ('VILNO' corrected to 'VILNA' by m/s) on front. The envelope opened roughly at left and few toned perf tips otherwise fine.
