Argentina, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic, on Vario pages in three binders with stamps from the classics to the 1990s. Higher cataloguing stamps include Argentina Scott # 889a with the scarcer watermark (mint, c.v. $475) and Panama 403A-03L the complete Popes named Pius series in blocks of four (mint, $404 total). For Argentina we noted many of the Official Department stamps as well as revenues. This group has many stamps and sets in the $5 to $20 catalogue value range making this is an excellent lot for the reseller, with high total catalogue value. We estimate this group to contain more than 2,000 stamps from Argentina, over 700 for Costa Rica and more than 600 for Dominican Republic. Overall fine to very fine. (Image)
