1931 Vancouver to Colombia, via SCADTA Service, mailed Vancouver on JUL.14.1931 to the Royal Bank of Canada in Girardot, Colombia, where on arrival JUL.23 it received a Colombia #C59, 30c SCADTA stamp tied by SCADTA postmark (plus another strike on back). A scarce double-country franking, and based on the 9c Canadian franking plus the 8-day transit, it is assumed it only received the Airmail service on the first (within Canada), and last (within Colombia) part of the trip. Very fine. (Image)
