UNIQUE 30c MANUSCRIPT SURCHARGE 1920 CCNA 10c Lighthouse with value amended in manuscript to read “$ 0.30,” unused without gum as issued, light bend at right else very fine. There was a flight on Feb. 22, 1920 which used CCNA issues with “-30 cvs.-” handstamped surcharges (see Sanabria). The Brian Moorhouse certificate postulates this stamp could be an essay or trial for those issues. Also signed A. Diena. Believed to be UNIQUE. A major airmail rarity of the highest importance for this key airmail issue. (Image)
