1788 letter to London dated 7th November 1788 with a 'QUEBEC 8 NO' Bishop Mark, a 3/- charge mark has been crossed out and a 2/- added. Endorsed lower left 'Pr Pact. Duke of Cumberland,' this ship sailed from New York to Falmouth, the letter arriving in London on 2.JA.1879. A good strike of this Quebec Bishop Mark. (Image)
