Cat No:1824

1824 over 2 PCGS VG Detail Tooled. Obviously cleaned but maintains some of its original color and is still attractive overall. PCGS is noting it as "tooled" because a previous attempt to remove dirt left light scratches by the date. Magnification is required to see the marks clearly. Fifty years ago the 1824 was no more expensive than other dates of the Bust series. But its value has increased dramatically as its true scarcity became more well known. (Image)
