British West Indies, Collection, 1860-1900, mint and used housed on album pages; a selection of countries starting with Antigua missing only a couple scarcer items, Dominica appears to be missing only the rare 1886 surcharge issue for total completion with nice fresh later QV issues and revenues used for postage section, Jamaica missing only the first issue 4d with good mint high values, officials and revenues used as postage section with postally used 1sh & 5sh values (S.G. cat £540), Montserrat complete mostly mint with scarce postal-fiscal used, St. Christopher missing only the rare 1888 surcharge value with near complete postal fiscals and mint Turks and Caicos Islands; a lovely assembly of countries with condition well above the norm throughout, ex Isleham.
