BRITISH PA EAST ARABIA - 1963 PRIVATE LOCAL OVERPRINT ESSAYS 'UMM AL QAIWAIN' overprints on British Postal Agencies in Eastern Arabia complete set, superb never hinged mint marginal BLOCKS of 36. These essays were made by Mr Finbar Kenny, a famous dealer from New York, but the British Postal Administration rejected the design and they were not accepted for use.
