1876/1877 "CORREOS DE LA CHIMBA BOLIVIA" negative oval 'Ship' handstamp on two stampless covers to Chile, one sent in 1876 from Echiburu to Valparaiso bearing the oval h/s in black, also "CANCELADO" oval h/s on front and Valparaiso '30 Sep. 76' arrival c.d.s. on the reverse, and the second cover sent to Copiapó via Caldera and bearing the oval negative h/s in blue, with blue "FRANCA" alongside, red Caldera '10 Jun. 1877' transit dater on the reverse. Both covers (with minor imperfections) signed by P. Holcombe.
