1900 (Feb 18) Cover from London franked 1d, to "Private Keable, 2nd Wiltshire Regt, E Co., South African Field Force", endorsed "Prisoner of War Pretoria", with violet boxed "BRIEVEN CENSUUR / Waterval Krijgsgevangenis". Pte Keable was captured at Rietfontein on January 25th. 15mm tear at upper edge and unobtrusive vertical fold, otherwise fine, an unusual cover to a British P.O.W in the Camp at Waterval.
