Attractive mint and used collection neatly mounted in Scott Specialty album, with Leopold I imperfs and perfs complete used; #17 unused no gum, #23 mint, #39 fine used; thereafter including Semi-postals many higher values not present but still useful; other back-of-the-book missing the best but again quite useful; also including Belgian Congo.
