The collection consists of Latvia, ranging from 1991 to 2012, Lithuania ranging from 1991-2014, and Estonia 1991-2005 (we estimate 99% completeness in period, for each country), noting many sets, souvenir sheets, and booklet panes. A spot check indicated catalogue values for some sets and souvenir sheets ranging from $5 to $20 and up, with many sets having topical and thematic potential, including butterflies, lighthouses, flowers, birds just to name a few.
