1929 Orient Flight cover from Friedrichshafen, franked with 2M Eagle, canceled 24 March and addressed to Athens, with 30 March arrival markings on back, two red Orient Flight cachets (unusual), v.f. On the return flight, the airship flew twice over Athens, since due to bad weather, mail could not be dropped the first time. Dropped the second time, a bag containing about 480 letters was found two days later by a shepherd delivering milk to Athens (Si.23c, unpriced), ex-Blau (Image)
