Suez") 4.2.70 and St. Etienne (5 Feb) arrival pmk on back, filing fold through the 4c adhesive, otherwise fine and rare Printed Matter from Japan, Webb recorded "three examples, but a few more known in France" British Post Offices in Yokohama (the earliest cover out of Yokohama through the BPA was in December of 1860.
