Scott No. J22. SG No. D44  £2,250 ($3,640). A RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1903 20S PERF 11 POSTAGE DUE ISSUE. The ACSC states "All stamps with NSW within three concentric ovals cancellations are believed to be cancelled to order.". While this statement holds for most used bearing this cancel (all unvariably with sharp neat strikes) this stamp bears a partial slightly smudged strike which is consistent of postally used rather than a C.T.O. strike. Furthermore, the stamp has been creased which is a consistency of stamps being used and removed from bulk postage documents. $0 (Image)
