1919 handstamped framed 13mm monogram on Russian Offices in China, mostly erased, but still visible "5 DOLLARS" surcharge (Scott 68) on 5r dark blue, green & pane blue, vertically laid paper (basic stamp Russia Scott 71), large part original gum, h.r., with red guarantee handstamp, also signed Romeko, with 2024 Raritan certificate. A fascinating item, which might have occurred for a variety of reasons, including shortage of high value stamps, etc. (Cat No. 46var) (Image)

1919 10r red, orange yellow, with framed 14mm monogram handstamp, basic stamp (Russia Scott 109d) with yellow background inverted, right sheet margin vertical pair with "V" control markings, canceled "Yerevan 2.5.1920", v.f., with 2024 Raritan certificate.
