China, (Great Britain) 1900 London to South Africa, India and C.E.F. in China. Cover franked with G.B. 1881, Queen Victoria, 1d lilac, Die I (14 dots) tied by "London, Fe 7, 00" duplex, addressed to "Capt C. Davis of the Bengal Lancers South Africa" forwarded several times within Orange River, then sent to Lucknow, India and finally forwarded to the "British Contingent China Field Force via Hong Kong" where it received two different "Base Office" and "F.P.O." postmarks (number not clear) and the rare boxed "Non-Reclame/Unclaimed" handstamp (Proud I41) of Hong Kong, numerous transit backstamps; cover very worn and well traveled, Fine. SG No. 170.
