Lahej, 20 miles north of Aden, was the scene of a defeat for the Aden garrison by the Turkish army during WWI. No. 69 cds for Steamer Point. Arrived Dardanelles 2 Oct. and cancelled with F.P.O. No. 34; redirected to Alexandria where it was cancelled with a 17 Oct. F.P.O. No. 35 cds.
