TWOPENCE HALFPENNY: KGVI 2½d scarlet interpanneau block of 8 (4x2) from the base of the sheet with complete Plate Number ' 2 ' ACSC 249za, well centred, lightly mounted, Cat $2500 (mounted). [Absent from Arthur Gray's collection]
THREEPENCE: KGVI 3d scarlet Coil Perf (Large & Small Holes) two coil strips of 3 from the base of the sheets rejoined to create an Authority Imprint block of 6! Extraordinary, and probably unique! [No coil perf sheets are recorded for this issue so to find the adjoining imprint pieces in separate coils is beyond remarkable]
THREEPENCE: KGVI 3d dark green interpanneau block of 8 (4x2) from the top of the sheet with large-part Plate Number '-1-' ACSC 252z, mounted in the margins otherwise unmounted, Cat $3500.
THREEPENCE: KGVI 3d dark green interpanneau block of 8 (4x2) from the base of the sheet with large-part Plate Number '-5 ' ACSC 252zj, split perfs at U/L of the gutter, unmounted, Cat $3500+ (mounted).
THREEPENCE: KGVI 3d dark green interpanneau block of 8 (4x2) from the base of the sheet with large-part Plate Number ' 6 ' ACSC 252zl, hinge remainders, Cat $3000.
THREEPENCE HALFPENNY: KGVI 3½d brown-purple block of 6 (2x3) with Major Double-Paper Variety resulting in a Large Void Area on the Lower Units ACSC 253aa, lightly mounted, seriously undercatalogued at $500+. [Most paper joins are relatively minor or affect unprinted areas of the sheet. We have noted very few in the KGVI era and this is one of the best. It is clearly from a different sheet than the item illustrated in the ACSC at page 6/146]
ONE SHILLING HALFPENNY: KGVI 1/0½d deep grey-blue L/R corner block of 4, the last unit with a Large Void Area caused by a stray scrap of paper, that is hinged in place in the margin, a trifle aged. Unrecorded in the ACSC.
TWO SHILLINGS & SIXPENCE: 2/6d 'One Pound Jimmy' No Watermark marginal block of 8 (2x4) from the left of the sheet with large-part Plate Number ' 2 ' & traces of the crosses above the plate number ACSC 266z, excellent centring, all but the first unit unmounted, Cat $3000 (mounted).
