1902 (Apr 15) Cover to Bulawayo, Rhodesia, franked KEVII 1d cancelled by cross in circle cork cancel (Proud K106), handstamped boxed "T / (15)c" (Proud UP2) with a Bulawayo c.d.s (Apr 30) and "3d" charge mark, endorsed "Deposit" and initialled. Byrne, Netley Hospital, Southampton" but handstamped "NOT IN NETLEY HOSPITAL" and returned, Southampton and Returned Lr Office London (Feb 17) datestamps with violet "RETURNED / LETTER" (Proud I6) applied upon receipt back in St. Helena.
