Interesting but somewhat haphazard collection with lots of better stamps including 'One Penny' Surcharges complete abc singles, high denominations mostly with telegraph cancels (a 10/- & £1 have bogus cancels), some abc strips & larger multiples including ½d block of 15 (3x5) & forme of 30, 1d red block of 12 (3x4), 9d block of 6 (3x2), Fifth Setting 2d block of 12 (3x4) & forme of 30, also 'OS' perfins x7 (not expertised) and forged overprints x7, condition variable but much is fine to very fine. Ex David Hopper.  (few 100)

1918-22 Fifth Setting on Kangaroos 6d blue Die IIB SG 110b mint & used examples with very similar centring, Cat £1100. Our vendor states "Although the characteristic break above 'ST' of 'AUSTRALIA' is over-inked, they are defintely Die IIB". [The catalogue prices are interesting. In the 2023 edition, Gibbons priced mint at £800 and used was unpriced. In the new edition, mint is £350 and used is at £750] (2)
