image A Scott Specialty album beginning with Mesopotamia and continuing to modern Iraq, with pages ending about 2009. Mixed mint and used and fairly well balanced from start to finish. Stamps are affixed with a mixture of hinges, mounts and tape (archival?). With care, the tape is easily removed from those stamps mounted with it and we saw no detrimental effect to either stamps or album pages. However, it is probably prudent to remount those stamps with a more philatelically friendly method. A solid start to a country less often offered in collection form.
