image 8 Aug.1935 (AAMC.P83a) Sydney - Wau cover, flown & signed by Parer & Hemsworth in a Fairey Fox; posted back to Australia on October 14th, having been overlooked. The route was Brisbane to Cape York, a forced landing at Hisiu Beach with engine trouble, then Port Moresby for repairs and finally Wau, arriving on August 14th.
