Tennessee postal history collection, an exceptional holding of thousands of covers, in ten large cartons,stampless through modern, carefully arranged by town on pages, from Adamsville to Zion Hill, the vast majority of the value being from the nineteenth century to 1910s, a diverse range of postal history represented, including a plethora of cancels from manuscript to c.d.s. to RFD and flag cancels, many analyzed in detail noting misspellings, machine cancel varieties, etc, strong as expected in Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis, though many smaller towns have dozens of covers included, many examples with original enclosures, ideal thus for further historical or genealogical research, condition varies as expected, a must-see for the collector of this popular state.
