1866, France, 2 x 20 C blue and 40 C light orange Napoleon, tied by mute rectangle of bars, mixed franking on entire letter from Marseille, dated Oct.10th 1866, to Naples in Italy. Letter with two vertical fumigating slits, on the frontside manuscript endorsed "Par le Jean Matthieu", pmk 'IV' in circle and linear 'VIA DI MARE' in black, transit cds Livorno(Porto), 13.OTT.66 and arrival mark Napoli, 15.OTT.66, on reverse.
