Fourpenny Stamps - 4d each", "Obliteration of Postage Stamps", "Letters rep-posted...", "insufficiently stamped...", "how the stamps are to be affixed on the Letters", etc., etc. Other headings include "REGISTRATION", "MIS-SENT, REDIRECTED, REFUSED & DEAD LETTERS", "FOREIGN LETTERS", "EXEMPTIONS FROM POSTAGE", etc., etc. Rare documentary detail of the start of postage stamps in Tasmania (from 1 Nov. 1853).
