REVENUES: 1941 'TAX INSTALMENT' 1d to £2 missing 8d 11/- & 12/-, two-thirds are mint but the 3d & 1/- to 4/- have been bisected & rejoined; also a complete 'FEDERAL/INCOME TAX/INSTALMENT/STAMP BOOK' with a further 19 stamps to £1 x2 affixed but not cancelled & the tax rates printed on the inside front cover; rather mixed condition.
