Glasgow. 1856 Entire letters to Paris both with a late fee paid by a 1d red, the postage unpaid, charged 8 decimes upon arrival, both with small undated "GLASGOW" late fee handstamp, one with a fine "159 / GLASGOW" Madeleine Smith cancel, the other incorrectly handstamped "INSUFFICIENTLY / STAMPED" in London, the 1d red paying the late fee being mistaken for part payment of the postage, both fine and unusual.
