image 1854 MISSENT TO GLASGOW COVER EX CEYLON - Sep. 1854 E ex Ceylon with very fine 'halved' "PUSILAWE/POST" with date in ms, to Exeter though with boxed "MISSENT/TO/GLASGOW" on the front along with "BRITISH-PACKET/PAID/POSTAGE" overstruck with London cds, two GLASGOW ds and finally EXETER cds for 30 Oct. 1854 all on the flap.
