image 1874-84 Circular Datestamps on Court Returns group all with either Minister of Justice or Solicitor General Frank Stamps, includes 'BARFOLD' 1883 (second recorded strike; ERD), 'CORINDHAP' 1884 (RRR; ERD and earliest postmark from this office), 'CARAMUT' 1884 (RR; ERD), 'FERNTREE GULLY' 1881 (RRR; date error), 'HAWKESDALE' 1883 (22½mm diameter; unrecorded by WWW), 'IVANHOE' 1883 (ERD), 'JAMIESON' 1884 (recorded 1882-84 only), 'LEARMONTH' 1884 with Barred Numeral '176', 'LINTON' 1874 (ERD), 'LYONVILLE' 1884 in violet (ERD), 'PAKENHAM' 1874 oval, 'RAYWOOD' 1883 (21mm diameter), 'WILD DUCK CK' 1884 (second recorded strike; ERD), 'YAMBUK' 1874 (24mm diameter with dot arcs), etc, a couple with duplex cancels & barred numerals, quality of strikes varies but all are identifiable and many are fine, the circulars with minor blemishes as usual.
