1874-84 Circular Datestamps on Court Returns group all with either Minister of Justice or Solicitor General Frank Stamps, includes 'BARFOLD' 1883 (second recorded strike; ERD), 'CORINDHAP' 1884 (RRR; ERD and earliest postmark from this office), 'CARAMUT' 1884 (RR; ERD), 'FERNTREE GULLY' 1881 (RRR; date error), 'HAWKESDALE' 1883 (22½mm diameter; unrecorded by WWW), 'IVANHOE' 1883 (ERD), 'JAMIESON' 1884 (recorded 1882-84 only), 'LEARMONTH' 1884 with Barred Numeral '176', 'LINTON' 1874 (ERD), 'LYONVILLE' 1884 in violet (ERD), 'PAKENHAM' 1874 oval, 'RAYWOOD' 1883 (21mm diameter), 'WILD DUCK CK' 1884 (second recorded strike; ERD), 'YAMBUK' 1874 (24mm diameter with dot arcs), etc, a couple with duplex cancels & barred numerals, quality of strikes varies but all are identifiable and many are fine, the circulars with minor blemishes as usual.

Elizabeth Street: huge 'PARCEL OFFICE/MELBOURNE/ELIZABETH STREET' rubber h/s with frame-distortion, largely complete strike tying Kangaroos Third Wmk 1/- + KGV 2d brown to entire black/white Parcels Post label, weight entered as "2" pounds. [Between 1901 & at least 1925, the weight for an interstate parcel weighing between 1 & 2 lb was 1/2d]
Muskvale: 'MUSK VALE/20JE24/VIC' (error: two words; ERD) largely very fine strike on KGV 1d red 'OS' envelope for the Victorian Education Department. PO 1.5.1870; closed 15.9.1965.
Talgarno: 'TALGARNO/16JL13/VIC' largely fine strike on Kangaroos ½d green & 1d pair, on cover to the Canal Zone with superb 'EMPIRE CZ/AUG25/1913/RECD' arrival b/s.

Travelling Post Offices: 'T.P.O.3/UP 11JA16/VICTORIA' largely very fine strike (the '3' is a little indistinct but confirmed) tying Kangaroo 2d grey punctured 'OS' (Cat $400 on cover) to cover to London, vice-regal crown in blue on the flap. Rated RRRRR: only the second example recorded on cover. [Almost certainly put on the train at Macedon: the Governors had a summer residence at Macedon Upper/Mount Macedon]
Travelling Post Offices: 'TPO 19/DOWN 3NO12/VICTORIA' largely very fine strike on 1d on PPC of Warrnambool with the message headed "Warrnambool", to Carlton with scarce 'T 1D/LATE FEE' h/s, Rated RRRRR: only the third example recorded on cover. [Use of Down cds on Up journey, as is one of the other two recorded covers]
