PCKT / 24" datestamp, red "ADVERTISED" and "SENT-BACK-TO-ENGLAND / WITHOUT-A-REASON / FOR-NON-DELIVERY"; also 1843 cover posted on Christmas day from Bridlington to Darlington franked 1d, reverse with a pair of wafer seals on blue paper, "Where there is / love / there is faith" and "Pleasure is like / the / short liv'd moth". (2).
